• For large catering orders (above ₹10,000), a minimum 72-hour notice is required.

• Cancellations made within the eligible window will be processed without penalty.

• Cancellation requests made within the eligible time frame

• Service failure due to unforeseen circumstances on our end

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery (subject to verification)

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours)

• Change of mind after food preparation has begun

• Custom orders with non-refundable ingredients or logistics
